A Beautiful Location in the Italian Lake District
Our vineyards and our cellar are surrounded by the green hills of Santa Cristina and Bogogno in the “Colline Novaresi“, home to the well-known wine road that twists and turns throughout this valley in eastern Piedmont.
Located at few kilometres from Milan-Malpensa airport and from the Borgomanero or Arona exits of the A26 motorway, the cellar is easily reachable;
We are about one hour from Milan, for a little over one hour from Turin and just a short drive from Lake Maggiore with its popular tourist destinations of Stresa, Arona and the fascinating Borromeo Islands.
Lake Orta, with its picturesque village of Orta San Giulio and its lovely little island, is also nearby.
Finally, a few kilometres from our cellar is placed the well-known Golf Club Bogogno.
Our wine’s personality and character is due to the optimum environmental conditions here: a mitigated microclimate thanks to the presence of Monte Rosa and Lakes Maggiore and Orta, along with the particular composition of the acidic, ron-rich local soil of morenic origins.
