By fermenting the Nebbiolo grapes without the skins, you get the “chiaretta”.
It is a rosé wine obtained from the nebbiolo vine in purity UNFILTERED, with a pale pink color with coppery nuances, an intense, fresh, fruity aroma of small red fruits and the typical Nebbiolo spices. On the palate it is appreciated the remarkable freshness that makes it suitable for appetizers, fish dishes or a summer lunch.

In our areas the “Terzoi”, the peasants who worked the lands of the nobles and held for them the third part of the harvest as their reward, already produced the Rosé. It was a wine destined for the tables of nobles and clergy as it was considered an excellent product.
Before putting it on the table, this wine rested for a few hours in the icebox, the refrigerator of the time.
